This is a powerful, clear speaker that I can easily put on my desk at school, then bring home or use at the lake. It’s simple and convenient to store in my desk or transport. I use it with all my streaming music. I primarily use it in my classroom and play calming background music for my kids which was my primary reason for purchasing it. I use it every day and just love it!

for the size this speaker has excellent sound, the bass is actually very good, easy to use and you can take it any where.

Charge lasts quite a long time with volume at ~40%, which is loud enough to fill my entire apartment. I also like that the sound is non-directional. The sound is okay, but not as great as my old Sonly SRS-XB31 which unfortunately bit the dust. The treble is tinny, especially at loud volumes. The bass is more "punchy" but not quite as clear as the Sony. I still like the speaker and will be very satisfied if it outlasts the Sony.

Excellent Bluetooth speaker, bought this because it floats. I spend a lot of time on my boat. This speaker gives off a really good sound and if it somehow gets knocked overboard I know I can retrieve it.

Beautiful crisp sound. Bass is amazing. I liked it better than other speakers I tried that cost about the same amount. The battery seems to be having issues after less than a year, so I took off two stars. I have a warranty so I plan to take it in to be looked at. I had a Sony speaker like this that had a battery that died after only 2 years. I recommend getting a warranty on Bluetooth speakers because of this reason.

I’ve had this speaker for a little bit more than 3 weeks now and despite how expensive it is, I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a rigid, great sounding and water resistant speaker. It has extremely great quality bass and volume for how compact it is and has yet to show any issues. I love it.

I love this speaker . This is like a newer version of the same one I bought when they first came out, I lost the first one and bought this to replace it. It’s even a little better then the one I had before .. I love it for it durability. Waterproof. Weatherproof. Sounds great ! And last long on battery time.

Awesome little speaker ! Water resistant to a T. I brought it with me on the river, let it float around in the water, and the music was still heard, very well, with little to no disturbance.

Sound is good, I bought this and the JBL xtreme 2 around the same time, both on sale. Personally I think the xtreme 2 sounds better (clearer with richer base) but the mega boom 3 is a better size and more portable. The mega boom 3 is also cheaper both full and sale price so for the price I think it’s a great speaker.

Great Sound, easy to setup, works great outdoors and the size and shape make it easy to handle.

Loving this purple color! Wasn’t sure if I would, but when I opened the box, the color was better than it showed online. This is replacing a Boom we’ve had for 5 years and now gave the old one to our son, and of course kept the new one for us. Indestructible, sand/water proof, and always sounds amazing! Love these for road trips!!!

OMG! I bought this item first my daughter for her birthday and when my granddaughter and I heard the sound of it in store after comparing it to others this speakers sound blew the others away. It's very powerful without having any static from being too loud, I must say WE love it!!! Thanks Megatron and Best Buy.

I had an older UE Boom speaker and decided to upgrade to the megaboom. I can definitely say that it was worth it as is delivers a very loud but crisp sound. Great for larger rooms.

Great travel anywhere speaker. Full bass and easily projects sound over the whole backyard. I have taken it camping, fishing, hiking, and in my garage for workouts.

I bought this for my mom to have great sound coming out of something other than an Echo dot. It's easy for her to use and it can actually link to more than one device. It's a little taller and heavier than I expected but she doesn't have a problem with it. The first time trying to set it up took some time.
