I havent gone swimming yet to try out it's water resistance. Only draw back is that I expected it to. E louder and more powerful than the regular UE boom speaker but it is about the same.

Haven't tried the waterproof feature yet and hope not to.

When I realize that everybody was maze with sound coming from this speak it was Patrick . So I bought another speaker.
