Great little speaker...

The first one was for my (now ex) wife, which she kept. The battery doesn't seem to hold its charge as long in this one as it did in hers but the sound is just as good. It pretty much goes with me wherever I am going these days: camping, fishing, vacations. It's a great little speaker...

Does best buy check returns for missing items?

I purchased my first megaboom speaker at the costco warehouse last year (2020) and it was a great steal!! I loved it so much I bought another one this year, and unfortunately costco was not selling them. Next best stop was Best Buy... When I purchased this speaker, I was disappointed that it did not come with a charger. I am not sure if I received a "returned" purchase so I have contacted best buy customer service with hopes they can rectify this.
