Its smaller but still has a very powerful clear sound which is heard throughout the apartment. I especially like the pairing features between the products so you can expand your listening capacity for entertaining. Simple to use, charging is pretty quick and battery life is long..another plus. Great buy!

That said, I bought it thinking it would be a major improvement over my Boom 3 ... it is not. They both sound good but I don't hear anything significantly better with the Megaboom 3.
