I have a hyperboom that i connect it to but when my hyperboom is the main component connected to blue tooth they start to get static and the connection between megaboom 3 and the hyperboom.

My OG Megaboom won't hold a charge very long but it still sounds good, I just have to keep my charger handy or leave it plugged in. The Megaboom 3 fell short of my expectations. My $30 no-name, waterproof speaker in my shower sounds better than this. This speaker buzzes and has no bass. I am disappointed with the lack of sound clarity. With how well my first speaker has served me, I was excited to get a new one for the house and move the OG speaker to full time garage duty. I am returning this speaker and will look at other options. There are better options for less money.

This is my second and last attempt with one of these speakers. It’s a shame because the build quality is fantastic. If you have not already done so, please download the Ultimate Ears “Boom” app. Through the “Boom” app, please check the equalizer settings and check if there is an available Firmware update. On your device please check the sound settings for the device, as well as the EQ and audio quality settings of the apps that you are using for audio. We appreciate your feedback, and I hope these suggestions fix the issue that you experienced. Further assistance is available through support, which can be found on the Boom app.

We have the original Boom speaker and wanted to upgrade to something louder with more bass. So we got the Mega Boom today and I already repackaged it to go return it tomorrow. The sound was so low and the bass was nonexistent. I’m so disappointed in it. Idk what all these other reviews are talking about but I was NOT expecting such a lackluster speaker for this price range.

One thing that bothers me is I wish the volume isn’t as loud as you would think.
