It has good base tones, and mid and upper-range, too. Sadly, the Bluetooth range is very poor. Maybe 15 feet when no walls are in the way. I replaced an AirPlay speaker, which uses WiFi. It had far greater range. I considered the possibility that something was wrong with Bluetooth (it never had the range of WiFi) , but I tried several devices, including from a PC with the same results. If anyone has suggestions, I would be happy to hear from you.
