Really good bundle purchase

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Besides the fact that the speaker is built to withstand dust, water and shock, it was an easy purchase decisions since the price was reduced by $80 AND it came with the charging dock for free that is worth another $40. Owning a HomePod as well as an older Bose Soundlink, the sound of the Megaboom 3 is somewhere between the other two speakers. Priorities should be for the ability to charge conveniently through the dock and it’s ability to withstand outdoor conditions like a champ.

Good sound

Finally blew my speaker after about 5 years of hard use. The megaboom 3 doesn't seem as loud as the first generation, I like the new look of the megaboom 3 compared to the the first generation. Will give it a try for a while if it doesn't work out for me I'll trade my wife for her first generation megaboom. I usually use mine at loud volume since I use it for work. I work for a delivery company that we drive around with the doors open, so it can get quite loud and it's hard to hear the music at lower volume. I hope the megaboom3 works out for my use.
