This has great balanced sound, and is one of the loudest BT speakers I’ve ever heard. The fact that you can sync it with other UE speakers is an awesome feature, and it has great battery life too.

Awesome sound quality and build! Love this brand and the sound their speakers produce! Its not the deepest base, but its clear crisp audible sound from all directions, especially when your outdoors. A must for the beach or anywhere near water, this thing will stand a drop or 2 with ease.

Let me say that this is a decent speaker. The sound is decent overall, but nothing to write home about. Around the same time I got this speaker, I also purchased a refurbished JBL Xtreme 2, and to sum it up there was no contest. Now, I am by no means a picky audiophile, but I do know my electronics. The UE lacked in overall balance, tending to have a sound profile that was too "bright," treble heavy for my taste, and the bass was severely lacking in my opinion. As I said, this is not a bad speaker at all; I just expected more. Now the JBL Xtreme 2 is listed as retailing for about $300, but I believe the jump in quality of sound is well worth it. Plus, there are always sales on JBL products if you can hold out a bit and keep an eye on their website. I ended up returning this speaker in the end and keeping the JBL Xtreme 2, and haven't looked back. There are tons of options out there that are a better value than this UE speaker that are just as rugged and portable.

The speaker sounds great and I like the fact that it has 360° sound however I was a bit disappointed at the time of purchase Best Buy advertised that this particular speaker had an auxiliary port. I was looking forward to that as I had some older technology that I wanted to be able to plug into the speaker, however I was misled and that is not the case. This speaker only works with Bluetooth technology.

Would i say its the loudest??? No would i say it is a must buy if you LOVE bass no. But maybe its more because of the round design it DOES sound AMAZING in a bigger room

Such a loud amazing speaker you can connect up to 50 of these speakers on your phone isn't that amazing. clear sounds great base.
