Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I BOUGHT THIS ONE TO REPLACE MY OTHER SPEAKER THAT SEEMED TO ONLY STAY CHARGED FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS ON MAXIMUM VOLUME, THIS SPEAKER IS EVEN LOUDER AND HAS CRISP SOUND AND WE CAN USE IT BY THE POOL FOR HOURS ON MULTIPLE DAYS AND IT STAYS CHARGED, YOU CAN ALSO PRESS THE PLUS AND MINUS AND IT WILL TELL YOU BATTERY PERCENTAGE. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!

Does best buy check returns for missing items?

I purchased my first megaboom speaker at the costco warehouse last year (2020) and it was a great steal!! I loved it so much I bought another one this year, and unfortunately costco was not selling them. Next best stop was Best Buy... When I purchased this speaker, I was disappointed that it did not come with a charger. I am not sure if I received a "returned" purchase so I have contacted best buy customer service with hopes they can rectify this.

The dock makes charging easy, as well. The only thing missing is voice activating of siri. Great buy!
