The upgrade to Type-C is a godsend and allows let go of my last holdover microUSB cables - thank god. A little heavy in a carry on bag, but if you wanted to travel with a loudspeaker you understand the weight cost and could do much worse than this. solid connection in a crowded room more than 25 feet away. Can't really ask for more

Definitely an upgrade from the previous generations. It feels a little on the expensive side for what you get, but no other complaints so far. I pair it up to my two other MEGABOOM speakers
