Battery does not last as long as advertised but I love it.

The wireless speaker is ideal for enjoying my music.

Good Bluetooth speaker and the sound is good. Easy to set up and use. Bluetooth option easily pairs with your phone or any other device. Battery life is not as advertised. They battery only last about 6 hours. That is my only complaint.

Speaker is a good quality when ran on voices through the app but the moment you put base on it it craps out sounds terrible and it gets worse when it get hot after about 20 of use do not care for it I feel I can get a better speaker for the amount of money

I really wanted to keep this speaker but the app never worked so I could never get the full use of the product which is a shame. Reached out to customer service and they couldn't help me solve my problem. The app was a deal breaker especially for a premium item.

Easy set up. We bought the smaller speaker first, it lasted 4 hours on high volume so we bought this one hoping it will last longer. Not really, works great in a small area on lower volume but outside it gets drowned out by traffic, wind...

My copy of this product was defective and I returned it back to BestBuy. Was lucky to get it back under 14 days return limits. This speaker sounded great while the part was alive.

I got this thinking it’d be louder and more “bass-y” than the Boom 2. Nope . I returned it . I don’t like writing negative reviews either because sometimes I think people over exaggerate . But no exaggeration here folks . Lol

UE Megaboom Bluetooth speaker was bought on September 2016. The speaker alerted that the battery was critically low and was not holding charge by July 2017. I bought the product replacement for $39.99. This is a known issue based on internet reviews and because product replacement price went up to $69.99 for the new replacement speaker. Maybe, I should have had Best Buy replace the bad battery for free with the original protection plan and not pay for the new speaker replacement protection plan? Also, make sure you check the prices of the speaker and warranty for that day of return. I was overcharged $40. I went back with online price printouts to reclaim the $40.

At I was told that the mega boom and the other speakers made by you would talk to each other but they do not if you get Alexa they only work with Alexa is supposed to be a software fix but it ain't happening

I bought a pair of megabooms for stereo and they sound excellent. My local Best Buy price matched a Web site so I got a great price. They fit in my boat's cup holders so I don't have to worry about them tipping over. I considered the JBL extreme but it's too big and heavy and not waterproof like the megaboom. Plus there's been complaints about the extreme up cutting songs with its soundprocessing. The megaboom has 360° sound and is a perfect balance of size, and convenience and beats the competition.

The speaker isn’t loud as i wish. You can’t make a party with this speaker. need to upgrade. The sound isn’t the greatest out of ten i wil give it 4. Battery doesn’t last too long.
