I bought several of these for gifts and one for myself. I have an older model Ipad and this spealer works great with it!

The speaker started out great, sound was great, bass hit harder than I expected, volume was pretty good too, But then this unit started to fade very quickly. The bass quality dropped, it started to sound distorted, then finally refused to power on. On top of all that its really OVERPRICED @ $300+ tax

It was great but it was stolen didn't even make the first payment. It was my grandsons Christmas gift.

I bought this speaker. Sound is great! The battery went out and when I contacted the company they exchanged it for a new one.

I purchased this as a gift for my husband. Several of his friends have the Mega Boom and I could see the envy in his eyes! He loves this thing.

Although the sound is really good on this speaker, it dies very quickly when turned all the way up (which isn’t very loud either). So in the end it’s not really worth the price.

Bought several of these speakers to pair into party mode to put in several rooms of my house (or even in corners of the room) the speakers disconnect from each other, cut out the music, have trouble connecting with one another and are not awesome. It’s a waste of money if you want to use that feature but I can say that one speaker alone doesn’t have as many issues although sometimes music will cut in and out.

Children get to a certain age that the perfect gift is hard to find, especially a reasonably priced one. This was perfect.

Very crisp trebles with great bass response. The sale price was so low I had to make the jump.

I got this on sale during the holidays. It works great to play music from my phone. Haven’t used it outside yet or tested waterproof capabilities but this fit exactly what I was looking for at the right price.

Was looking for a reasonably priced wireless speaker for my son's dorm room. This speaker delivers on all counts. Very happy.

I had the smaller one and was thinking this would be a lot louder. It’s not. At least not enough to justify the price difference. Buy two Of the smaller ones in sale and connect em.

Several years ago, I purchased the UE Boom speaker. I loved it and it still works well. I was excited to buy a Mega Boom. The first one was broken and it distorted things so badly that the sound wasn't clear. They accepted my return and the next one was definitely better. It seems like it starts to distort the longer it is used. My main complaint is that they advertise that they. An be paired to hook up to 200 speakers. I have paired my UE Boom with my brother-in-laws and it worked great. Unfortunately the UE Boom and Mega Boom won't pair with each other because they are different types. It really defeated the purpose of my purchase.

Bought this after using my friends i.e. Boom. Connecting is easy battery life is good could use more bass but it doesn't lack it.

I read other reviews before I made this purchase. I haven't been disappointed once in my purchase. Love this speaker!!!
