Disappointed in Best Buy

The advertising from Best Buy said it was new. I received the speaker and compared the s/n number on the speaker to the container it came in and it was different!! When I looked closely at at the speaker I noticed there were finger prints on it and it looked used!! This item was used or refurbished. I can’t believe that a reputable place like Best Buy would do this. Extremely disappointed.
