I carry it around my house by the loop to listen to podcasts on my phone in different rooms. Range is excellent. Only issue is the connection for recharging is awkwardly placed and the charging cord is shorted than I'd like.

We use them often around the water with no issues. They get tossed around set in the dirt and thrown in bags. I have yet to see a dent or any issues with it other than getting dirty.
