It may take some time to fully charge the battery, so make sure the speaker is fully plugged in for a few hours before trying it. If that doesn't fix it there may be a defect, in which case I would suggest contacting us via our support site for assistance as well as warranty information. -Weston from Logitech

Awesomeness at the pool

This thing moves up to all the hike and the outdoor mode to increase the sound, was just worth the money, I think I would have paid more.

I purchased two so I could pair them, set them at opposite ends of the room, and experience immersive sound. I love the experience... until I pause the music for a few minutes and hit play and only one speaker plays. In order to correct this I must retrieve the silent speaker, power it off, power it on, and re-pair the two together. The "magic button" on top, when pressed without powering off, tells me the speakers are still paired even though no sound is coming out the second speaker. So basically, I cannot pause music for any significant time while using these speakers. I will probably return them because of this problem alone. There are no software or firmware updates per Ultimate Ears website: "Your WONDERBOOM 2 was created with the best possible features and will not need any updates to make it better."

It is louder than any of my other bluetooth speakers and I love the option for the "outdoors" sound. I think the sound is wonderful, it doesn't have too much bass, it has more clarity, which is what I was looking for. I like the sound much better than my Beats Pill. I think the design is classy, funky, and cool all in one. I am super happy with my purchase!

Problem is the bluetooth connection will no longer work so it's a paperweight. Maybe because it is a year old?
