    Sound and volume for speaker size is great. But the battery lasts about 6 hours, which is nowhere near the advertised 13 hours.

    Bluetooth Issues

    I want to like this little speaker but it has an annoying habit of dropping the Bluetooth connection every 20-40 mins. It will lose contact, sound will switch to my laptop speaker, then the WB2 will power off and on and reconnect. Whole process takes 30-45 secs. It's a real annoyance. I've updated my Bluetooth drivers, run the troubleshooting app and anything else I can think of. Nothing seems to fix the problem. I have two Bose SoundLink Mini II speakers and never have this problem. Just saying . . . . Regretting my purchase of the WB2.

      Hi JonnyB, we're sorry to see you're having connectivity related issues with your Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 2 speaker. You do have a 1 year limited warranty that can be used to start a claim for your nonfunctional device.     WONDER if it will ever work again...

    Its a neat concept when it works. Initially the speaker was nice and loud, but when in the pool it sounds muffled or silent. After a few days, the speaker started to have issues with connections and cutting in and out. We tried resetting it and pairing it with a different device and same problem. Now the speaker is sitting as we cannot get it to do anything. No response from any buttons. We have reached out to Ultimate Ears and are waiting to hear. This was not a cheap item and we are very disappointed with its lack of performance.

      Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and concerns with the Wonderboom 2. The speaker is waterproof, but not meant to be used in the water. Bluetooth is an airwave and needs air to communicate. Also, soundwaves through water will still sound like water. However, after pulling it out of the water and allowing it to dry, the Wonderboom 2 should return to normal. While the charging port is technically waterproof as well, electricity is not and make sure the speaker is completely dry before plugging it in. I have seen batteries get blown by trying to charge the speaker while wet. Please reach out to our customer service at support.logi.com to start a warranty claim.

    This speakers make me upset. I bought two of them to use in my cafe’. It They don’t work well when you connected two speakers together. How disappointing!!
