I use this outdoors in my backyard and occasionally in my basement gym. Gets the job done with strong sound. Initially had some trouble pairing both speakers due to distance but once paired they sound great.

Great sound but will not double up with Boom 3 as advertised. UE app does not support this speaker. UE Customer service said they don’t even offer it on their website anymore. Probably going to return it since we bought it to have multiple speakers paired together. Is great as a stand alone speaker.

Unit can be somewhat finicky at times to pair ,but has awesome sound that more than compensates

These speakers sound amazing for the price and size. I purchased two so I could pair them, set them at opposite ends of the room, and experience immersive sound. I love the experience... until I pause the music for a few minutes and hit play and only one speaker plays. In order to correct this I must retrieve the silent speaker, power it off, power it on, and re-pair the two together. The "magic button" on top, when pressed without powering off, tells me the speakers are still paired even though no sound is coming out the second speaker. So basically, I cannot pause music for any significant time while using these speakers. I will probably return them because of this problem alone. There are no software or firmware updates per Ultimate Ears website: "Your WONDERBOOM 2 was created with the best possible features and will not need any updates to make it better."
