I decided to go to the local Best Buy store and an awesome employee there recommendded the WonderBoom that I bought. So far this bluetooth has performed way better than I anticipated! No regrets with this purchase for sure.

Speaker Failed, Loud & Continuous Pulsating Noise

Quite suddenly the speaker began making a loud and truly horrible continuous pulsating noise. Normally, you would try to turn the speaker off or reset the speaker. However, the speaker buttons all became unresponsive. Thus, the unit could not be turned off or reset. The loud and truly horrible pulsating noise continued for over 24 hours (so I guess some kudos must be given on the battery life). The only way I could "resolve" the issue was by getting rid of the speaker. In fairness to the manufacturer, I reached out to their product support for help and they offered to replace the speaker. Unfortunately, I no longer had the speaker because...of the loud and truly horrible continuously pulsating noise. I completely understand and accept that the manufacturer can't replace a speaker I no longer possess. And truthfully, I did not really want a replacement because my experience with the first one was actually kind of traumatic. Overall, I was just incredibly disappointed that a speaker could fail so quickly and horribly. I have not experienced anything like this before with a speaker.

Wonderboom Wireless Bluetooth Speaker

We chose to exchange for a boze wireless blue tooth speaker. He can lay it on his shoulder and listen to it. It is loud enough that I can hear it when I am watching TV with him.

Audio cuts out like on previous gen

I had it paired to my S24 Ultra and other users reported the same issue with the Wonderboom 3 when connected to an android phone. I tried factory resetting the speaker as some people online suggested but that didnt fix it. It's a good sounding speaker for the size, but unfortunately, I'll be looking elsewhere.
