Very loud and clear, strong base. I love it!! Wasn't expecting such an awesome sound from such a small device. I am very pleased!!

I tried to do a return, best buy keeps giving an error.

I wasn't even blaring my music and it sounded all scratchy. It is a good speaker if you can only use it at low volumes.
