Bought 2 in order to utilize pairing feature

One works just fine and one worked for about 90 days and now will not charge at all! And now due to the current pandemic, I can get no responses from the manufacturer customer service. I have searched for possible causes and/or fixes with widely varying results (i.e. putting in a freezer then attempting a techarge or complete disassembly) I was initially excited about this purchase but now realize I could have spent the same amount on a nicer single speaker

Posted .Hello DadJokes. We're sorry to hear about your experience with your one Wonderboom speaker. I understand that you have been trying a bunch of different ways to get this speaker to work. If you haven't already tried this, I would recommend pushing all four buttons (volume up, down, power, and pairing) at the same time for 20 seconds, otherwise I would try a different charging cable. Trouble at first
