I have made 3 trips to the Best Buy Store - each time having an associates help in attempting to find the correct replacement battery for my AT&T cordless phone - which was also purchased at Best Buy. The battery is not stocked, had to be special ordered and payed for in advance and then waite 5-10 days for it to arrive at the store and then be emailed to come pick it up. So now (6) trips later -- 3 trips to order/purchase and 3 more trips to come back and pick it up I still have to return this battery because it """"STILL DOESN'T FIT THE PHONE HANDSET"""""! I give up..............either the associate can't figure out the right battery to order.....because the exact battery I brought in from the phone isn't available.....or this just isn't meant to happen. My only option now is to buy new phones for the house. I need a landline for medical reasons and the cell phone isn't always reliable.

This battery was close to empty when I received it. I would like the battery replaced with one fully charged. I have been a customer of the Bethesda Best Buy and have never had anything but excellent products and service. Batteries should be tested before sale.
