Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the build quality, lightweight design, and long battery life of the Model One E350 Ultralight Foldable Electric Scooter. Many appreciate its ease of folding and carrying. However, some customers noted that the scooter lacks suspension, which impacts the ride quality on rough surfaces, and that the horn could be improved. I was worried that the single motor might struggle with hills, but living in Florida that hasn’t been an issue. It easily climbs the bridges over the intracoastal at full speed. I’ve used it daily to run errands, but it really comes into its own when I head somewhere in my car or on the train to Miami and then use it to get to my final destination. It folds up easily and isn’t too heavy to carry around. Just avoid pot holes because they can be a hazard. By far the most stylish scooter I’ve seen and it becomes even more attractive when it goes on sale a few times a year.

Bought this for my college daughter to get around town. Main use is to grocery shop and takeout food. Nice design and light weight. Only 26 pounds, enough for her to lift it. Got a cooler backpack to carry cold stuff and also in case of spillage .Only drawback is no suspension.

Bought this Unagi for its light weight and ease of transport from point A to point B. Although the ride is kinda rough(no suspension) and pricey, the scooter is super nice looking compared to other brands. Very good quality and I love it.

Awesome scooter! I got this scooter when it was on sale for 480 dollars, and let me tell you, that’s a STEAL for a type of scooter like this. This is basically the tesla of electric scooters, it’s a top of the line brand for not a terrible price. The scooter exceeded my expectations, i live in downtown Little Rock where there’s really no hills, and I went riding at 15 mph for 12 miles straight. This thing is INSANE for the money. However, I noticed that the scooter barely goes over 15, I know it says that that’s the maximum speed, but I know that some other scooters say that their max is 15, but they sometimes can go up to 18 or so. Oh well, not that big of a deal anyways. Overall, if you can get this for less than 600, buy it! If not, I’d look into another scooter.

Lightweight? Not at all. It does fold, though. A top speed of 15.5 mph is disappointingly sluggish. It struggles with even moderately steep inclines.

I got this for my son but I just can't resist using it while he's at school. It's just tons of fun. I like how you can set it at 1,2 or 3 and that regulates how fast it goes. It really does do 15mph at top speed. I would say the only draw back is that it has no suspension. You feel every bump. But that's not a bug enough deal for me to mark it down.

ok. so first off, I got it on sale, for less than $500. at that price, it's well worth it. Best thing about this scooter, is that it's fast enough to be useful, yet not so fast that your life is in danger. very easy and intuitive to use, fold, and carry. I bought this for my friend to take to work, and scoot the 1/4 mile from her parking to her job. She also takes it out for lunch. it fits under her desk. I've never tested the whole battery life, and I can't imagine scooting 15 miles on this would be comfortable. The box you buy it in is overly huge, for this size of the scooter inside. the stalk is carbon fiber and light, bottom is aluminum, and I think the handlebars are magnesium. This makes the scooter easy for even a girl to put in and take out of a trunk. the center point is marked on the stalk to make carrying it easy. negatives: tires are solid. this can make for a slightly jarring ride on pavement. BUT. since my friend works in an industrial area, where trucks and contractors drive a lot, and "drop" things that can pop a tire, it works. IF Unagi was to make just a little bit of suspension, it would be fantastic (think articulated rear and front with really heavy-duty springs.) Horn. it's a joke. It's louder to shout "watch out" rather than the tiny beep it makes. It's a utilitarian scooter, not a sports scooter. think Honda Civic vs sports car. and it's really good at it's job. I think some people comment on it having drum brakes vs disc, and if it went faster than 16 mph, then I can see why, but the brake lever is fantastic (i think the brake is electronic, with a manual failsafe)

Got this on sale during a deal of the day, it was well worth the price. The only drawback I have with it is the lack of suspension. It makes rides pretty bumpy. I ride it to work about 2 times a week and it does the job, just as I said earlier it is very bumpy even on some smoother sidewalks.

It is great for short distances and fun rides. Speed is decent enough to make it a fun ride. I was a little disappointed learning that this is a single motor only and there is no way to activate the extra speed through dual motors.
