No issues so far..... Good tv......................

Had similar problem with another tv I purchased. When asked sales rep about the problem stated geek squad could help. Geek squad said if it is cable issue nothing they could do. Should have returned it.

Screen defective when I first turned on TV. Went to store to exchange, but folks at store discovered their shipment all had the same issue. Full refund received on the spot with no questions asked. I therefore can't comment on how well the TV functions.

I was considering a viso when I spotted this insigna roku at my local BB store. It was highly recommended by the sales associate. I'm glad I went with this one! Set up was very easy, I like having all the buttons (power, volume, channel, mute, input) on the side of the tv for when the remote is temporarily misplaced. The remote is very simplistic and has no number buttons but I find I don't need them. I wish it was backlit, but the free roku app for my iphone is awesome! I can use my phone app as a remote & to type searches very easily. I highly recommend this insigna tv & will consider purchasing a larger one for the living room! I purchased this tv for my bedroom & have been enjoying the sleep timer option at night :)

I purchased this item not knowing it was already damaged, and best buy refused to exchange it. I wish I could give a review on an actual working version of this product but Best Buy did not provide the oppertunity.

It was delivered by UPS and arrived in many pieces. Never got to use as BB allowed me to change it at the store. They did not have it so I bought a Vizio instead.

We got our TV a couple weeks ago. It was incredibly easy to install. It literally took a couple minutes. Once set up, it was also easy to use. The things I like most about the TV: Its picture quality is really sharp. The color was perfect without any adjusting. The brand isn't quite a household name so I didn't know what to expect, but I was impressed. I also love the fact that you can download a Roku remote on your smart phone. It has volume control and a voice search (so I hit the voice search and said, "Blue's Clues" and it found all Blue's Clues episodes on all of the apps supported by the TV.) How cool is that?! The TV turns on and off quickly and has a good selection of apps. We don't have cable on this TV and I don't miss it. The last thing I'd say is this: I wish we had a bigger version of this TV. This replaced our 32-inch TV but I like it so much, I'd probably go up a size.

TV came without stand and must be exchanged. Won't ship until after the date it was supposed to arrive even thought it arrived earlier than I was started.

Have used this tv with hdmi cable as a monitor for a camera system. Didn't expect perfect clarity but it definitely doesn't seem like its 1080p. Regardless, it got the job done. I've had it for 6 months now. The other day, a line appeared going across the middle of the screen from one end to the other. Turned it off and on to see if it would go away but it hasn't. I plan on taking it back to see what the geek squad can do. I would not purchase again.

lost tuner program and had to return to store very frustrating

I ended up returning this Roku TV and purchased a Smart TV. I think I just didn't realize what I was getting.

Purchased this item for my son with home delivery. Item arrived damaged. When I returned to store, they did not have another one and indicated another home delivery could arrive with same issue. They were not able to offer me any replacement in the store that was close in price which was disappointing. Ended up not purchasing through Best Buy.

I was very impressed with the picture quality , very SHARP and bright TV. Setup was fairly easy and thorough. Signing into a ROKU was necessary and selecting the inputs and names was too. Plenty control over picture settings and all the other typical controls. Love the simplicity of the remote control, dedicated NETFLIX button is nice. For the price you can't beat all the features this TV offers. ROKU TV is better than most SMART TV apps. Highly recommended.

Sometimes on Antenna TV the sound disappears. Sometimes programs c,lose abruptly.

I had originally picked up a Samsung Smart TV for our guest bedroom but the "Smart Hub" ended up being a royal PITA... We returned it and exchanged it for this Insignia 32" Roku TV. We happen to have a Roku 3, and love its performance and ease of use. This TV's Roku integration is amazing, both in ease of use as well as streaming services picture quality, and I absolutely love how you control all TV functions from the included Roku remote #including volume, channel, TV settings, etc...# The picture quality is excellent for this price point #don't expect OLED blacks here, of course#. Speakers are better than most built-in speakers I've heard on other 32" sets #even a Sony we have in another room#. All in all, we are extremely pleased with its overall quality and think our guests will be, as well! We happen to have a non-smart Insignia 55" in yet another room #I know....our house has a lot of rooms# and have been quite pleased with that one, as well. Insignia is really making a name for itself!

Roku is terrible its not needed and improves you chances of identity theft.

As advertised on box. Nothing bad to say, or exceptional to say.

does what it says it will, but awfully slow moving from app to app

I bought this on Black Friday, but not as a BF sale. It's still on sale for the same price in my area. I purchased it because I was looking for a small 32" for an extra room/man cave, and a Roku device. This fit the needs that I had. I've watched it most every night since, and have yet to even hook it up to the antennae. I use it to watch Netflix, VUDU, or the free streaming news channels (CBS and NBC). It's relatively lightweight, so I've even taken it to other rooms, which is a snap since I have no cables hook up to it. The setup was very easy; I removed some off the default streams that I don't have an account for at the moment HBO, etc. It's easy to use, and the remote is super simple. I simply press the Netflix button to pick up where I left off on my series. I do need to hookup the digital over-the-air antenna eventually, but I have little doubt that will be an issue when I do.

Works good. Sometimes glitches and turns off or freezes.
