This being a true story (not based on), it was unbelievable what he had to go through, and still survive. It was excellent in every sense: acting, directing, the sets, all came together and made a great movie.

This story helps us all understand more of the human mind and body endure. The movie developed all the key events from his childhood through WW ll. You don't have to be a pilot or a veteran to enjoy the story.

I love this movie. I first saw the interview with Tom Brokaw. That sold me on going to the theater and watching the movie then of course purchasing. Some scenes are tough to watch but historic movie.

Unbroken the movie is a little different than the book, but close enough to reality. We realize some editing had to be done to fit in a two hour time frame. It is well worth watching and a very moving story.

A very tough story with a big message of strength and survival. Louis was an extraordinary hero and powerful force in a lot of young people's lives after the war. He lived a very full life and will be missed.

The movie is no ware as good as the book. Time in a Japanese prisoner war camp can not be told with all the flying in war in a pacific theater. It takes more time to tell the truth of that war period.

This movie was so good the first time I felt compelled to buy it for myself. It’s a test of intestinal fortitude . How war creates enemies and piece brings forgiveness.

I have seen numerous true stories, but this story is really amazing. The story makes you feel like you were there. You want to take the place of the olympic champion. Please get this movie and view.

The movie wasn't as good as the book, but, they seldom are. A great story for all those that don't read. If you like the movie, read the book as it has a better way of making the message come through.

This movie is based on a true story, and the real life interviews in the extra features make this more than just another war survivor movie as Louie's experiences are talked about in great detail.

This movie shows what true Forgiveness looks like. Also shows what affects unchecked hatetress can destroy a person life and the people around them. Excellent movie.

Whatever you might think of the director, set it aside because you won't be disappointed. Based on a true story and committed to film in top notch quality, Unbroken deserves all the accolades it received. Picture quality and sound (Dolby Atmos) are fantastic.

I was impressed by the courage that was displayed by one human being. I thought the movie was a great tribute to the man who was able to survive such hardships and go on to still lead a full life.

If you haven't seen this movie your missing out on a fantastic movie, an incredible story. Looking for a movie that will leave you in ahh grab a copy of Unbroken. Absolutely amazing!!

I love the storyline on this movie.. It very well written amd played..the characters in this movie acted well well..ms Jolie the director did such a great job on this movie..i loved it

Really good movie. It’s always amazing to see these kinds of stories! It is truly incredible what this man endured and how he never gave up. Highly recommend!!!

Great true story about how human spirit endured in World War II. It was a very well acted and directed movie. More geared toward the little older generation but perfectly suited for the young people to watch and learned. Two hours well spent. Enjoy!

This movie is great in terms of covering everything that happened to Zamp up to his release from being a POW. However, there was a whole other life after the war that would have been great to see put to film. Acting was outstanding as was the quality of the pic.
