My husband wanted this movie as he is a ridiculous bball fan, and from the previews it looked funny enough (plus Tiffany Haddish is absolutely hysterical to me). WAAAAAY better than I thought it would be, we both thoroughly enjoyed the movie. While there were some awkward funny parts (as is to be expected based on the cast), all-in-all it was a great comedy.

The kids enjoyed the movie. It was so-so for me but there were some funny parts.

I felt this movie was an excellent appetizer (in terms of a classic basketball show) in anticipation of Space Jam 2. In the meantime, this movie was excellent and had a wholesome feel to it. It provided inspiration for real life as well as sports: You can’t always do everything on your own, and “teamwork makes the dream work”. 5/5 stars.

This movie was cute and funny. However, didn't have a storyline but ok.

Basketball and comedy is a good combo. Not great but worth a watch.

I thought this move was just going to a bunch of random oneliners with bad acting. But surprisingly the movie had a storyline that was funny and the acting was not bad for guys who were not professional actors but athletes. If you want to see a movie just to have some laughs, this will do it.

Should have rented it and saved my money. Not that funny.

We worried that all of the funny parts of this movie were shared in the previews. Not so. As fans of many of the NBA players in this movie, it was a blast to see them in this nicely done movie. We didn't expect it to have much of a message, but we loved the message and enjoyed much of the humor.

Ok movie , funny.. same old gimmick of basketball players

My kid talked me into this one. During the first part of it I was unsure whether it was a wise decision, but the movie was really good and had some fantastic lessons - "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take." True in sports. More true in life. Much deeper messages here than the film eludes.

As a basketball fan, I thought I would like this movie. As a comedy fan, I thought that I would like this movie. I was wrong. I LOVED THIS MOVIE!!! I was not ready for everyone to do such a great job. Saw it 3 times in the theater and ordered it to be ready for pick up on the day it was released.

Shaq is funny and movie is hilarious and easy to follow

Decent basketball comedy would recommend as a rental.

Was a good movie but was hoping they were going to continue where the commercials left off with the same people but they went in a different direction if the Pepsi commercial was not so good this would have been original and great but due to those it was only a good movie

My son and I enjoyed this movie quite a bit. It has plenty of good stupid humor but the surprising point to me was that the storyline was better than I was expecting. It is good enough that I will definitely rewatch it from time to time.

I think that if you liked Space Jam, then you'll like this movie. Not cause there's any animated characters but because of NBA stars trying to act. Now Kyrie Irving did actually do a good job. Good movie and some good bball scenes.

Kryie is awesome. The story really isn't too bad. It's awesome seeing Shaq, CWebb, and Reggie playing on screen. Plenty of laughs, a little heart, and great way to spend 90 minutes or so. A must see for NBA fans past and present.
