Don't think the rangehood installer has ever installed a hood before. Here are a few issues to back this up 1. The little duct work the installer did was just terrible. I have pictures to prove it on how terrible this looks. 2. The flapper on the hood prevents backward air flow and was supposed to be inward facing. But the way the installer pushed that duct into the hood, the flapper is now facing outside. Cool air is entering from the hood now. Also, because the flapper has been pushed outside, the hood fan is touching this metal piece and making all sort of metal to metal rubbing noise. 3. He ripped apart an elbow on the duct. During that process, the metal tape that was covering the wall and duct got ripped and the installer did not bother to close that gap and retape it. Now, chilly air is making its way from this gap. So, my experience with this installer has been terrible. Don't think I ever want this installer to install anything for me. But I need this current issue to be resolved quickly, correctly, and properly. Please let me know how this issue of mine will be resolved.

For the amount paid for the install I was expecting a bit more with the venting but was done quickly and everything works. Just feel it was overpriced.

My new range hood goes well with the kitchen color scheme. The installer was friendly, professional, clean, on time, and knowledgeable. The store sales people were patient and persistent when looking for my order in the system.

This is a wonderful product. I really have enjoyed this product. Samsung did a great job on this one!

Installers showed up timely and will all materials needed. They were able to make the modifications needed to fit the vent hood. They cleaned up the area afterwards and communicated well during the process

Service not completed yesterday as marked. Product was damaged at dock, which installer noticed after installation when removing last of plastic. While technician still here, I spoke to someone, who said hood would be replaced and she will call back. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the installation is marked completed… I need a new hood delivered and installed.

The whole process was great. Very nice range hood at a good price. The best installer did the work and he, plus his assistant were efficient, skilled and covered every detail and then some. The installer even polished the stainless when he was done and they took away all the old stuff and packaging. Being a total tech member worked out well.

Great job. They removed the old unit. Installed the new. Cleaned up and made sure everything worked ok.

Sworing professionalism, courteous, knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend this team from a third party Best Buy contractor. Thanks to both of them
