The new Hood we chose to be installed in our Kitchen made a complete more modern look. It also looks less cluttered because of the design and exact fit where the previous hood/microwave replaced.

Although we had a few no call no shows due to staff family emergencies, when they did arrive they were fast and efficient. I think the only thing that needs to be improved is the scheduling system and communication for cancellations by staff.

I bought the stainless steel range hood to replace my old hood which was 20 yrs old.It was a little wider than the original opening. The installers did a great job installing the new size.

I love the simplicity of this range hood and the installers did an excellent job. Despite how easily the hood is to operate, the installer still took the time to show me every aspect of how to use it, which I thought was very nice of him.

The installation team is very neat and precise. He took great care in unboxing, positioning and installing the hood. He tested the unit thoroughly. Unfortunately, the unit was defective. The installer called in the issue to arrange for a replacement. This review is for the installation only.

I am extremely disappointed with this installation and totally regret having chosen the installation service. First, the installer did not speak or understand english.The range hood installation was done incorrectly and even totally dangerous because the unqualified installer incorrectly installed the range hood in a recirculating mode without using any carbon filters He was supposed to configure the hood to use my home's exterior duct for venting as it could do both. The factory default option was recirculating. This was not my expectation from a reputed company like best buy. Now I cannot cook for sometime until I get this fixed.

Decent installation could have been differently in my opinion

A nice looking range hood BUT it is loud if you dont run the fan on low. it's definitely louder than what it states in the product description. Lights are nice and bright. Although, it would be nice if it had a "night light." Overall, a bit of a disappointment.

Juan Cisneros anf Francisco are at the top of their games! Knowledgeable, fast, clean, courteous. Wonderful guys. Had them install wall oven, cooktop, and hood. They are from Cruzman I believe. If you have a chance to choose who installs, go with these guys, you wont be sorry.

Once again JC Installations delivers a high standard of installation. Good communication, quick and thorough installation, and agreeable staff. I'll ask for them again on the next purchase. Top of the line work!

Very impressed with this service. Victor and Andrebb installed our new under cabinet range hood. They were professional, efficient, showed us that the controls were in working order and answered all our questions.

The range hood has been securely installed and it looks good in the kitchen.

Needed a replacement hood and I was able to get one from best buy within my budget delivered and installed.

They did not tell me I needed to get extra parts from kitchen Aid directly to have this hood completely installed when I spoke with them on the phone. It delayed the installation for weeks. I think it was the salesman 's fault as well. I had to go back and forth and it was very frustrating. Just make sure to ask all the questions prior to installation.
