So far the product has been great! Does have a small dent in the front of it. But working just fine!

Installers set it up quickly and efficiently. Not happy with the flat black paint.

Both the Greek squad agents did a great job with the installation, they were very careful unwrapping, Installing and demonstrated how the applicable works too. They moved our existing appliance to the garage too. Five star service, very happy and satisfied.

The two gentlemen who installed my stove top and vent a hood at separate times were very professional. They did a great job and gave suggestions for cleaning products. Their customer service approach was friendly yet get the job with the customers expectations. I would welcome them into my home for other installations.

The servicemen were very professional, knowledgeable and on time. Very please with the services!!!

This continues to be the worst experience I have ever had. The product was to be installed in December 2021. Old hood was removed. Installer says we need to have a plug. We hire electrician to put a plug in. Next installer comes and says no need for a plug. Now in April 2021 the range hood does not work. I call BB total tech. First person says they do not repair but only replace but they do not have the item any longer. So I go out and buy a new one from a different store. I call back to get my money back and I am told they will fix it. They schedule a repair appointment and the repair man calls and says they do not work on range hoods. I call his supervisor, leave a message and no one returns the call. I call back and am told they can repair by using the installers. They schedule an appointment. I call back to verify and they say it needs to be someone else. I end up with two appointments for today. One repair person calls and says they do not work on range hoods. I go on line. It says I need to call for an appointment even those yesterday it said my appointment for the installer was between 2 and 6 today. I am now online and they say they will give me a store credit. in the 6 or 7 times on the phone with BB total tech I have been on the phone for over 3 hours. This is such bad customer service.

The two associates who installed my range hood were very friendly and professional. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up the area, taking the old range hood with them. I would recommend their services to anyone needing an installer.

The install team was very professional & installed an outlet as well as the old one was hot wired.

Having the light is great but as for suction power not there. It really does not take in the cooking smell out. I still have to open my window in kitchen. You get what you pay for.

Was so surprised by the brightness of the 2 lights that projected down on the Gas Range. Easy to use and goes very well with the GE Gase Range.

I had ordered a small appliance and the delivery was on time and the installers were very knowledgeable about the installation hook up and it was installed very quick. I am very happy with my product.
