During the installation, the technician found out the frame is 1/2 inch bigger than the hood. The technician out of his way to buy some wood to fill the gap. I really want to appease their effort.

Bosch stove hood

Interestingly, it didn't come with the light bulbs - but the light bulbs were very easy to obtain. A great purchase.

Geek Squad - Range Hood Installation

The installation team made some modification on my cabinet to secure the hood. The installation process went very well and we are very satisfied with their work.
