He always makes sure we understand exactly how to use the product before he leaves. It looks great and he cleans up afterwards. I couldn't ask for more.

They also said didn’t someone call to tell you what was needed? No. Also the chimney portion was bent/ damaged. The box was delivered fully open (have pictures) and so I was stuck with a substandard product that I paid a lot for and the crew I paid to install couldn’t install.
