The range hood install was completed with any issue.

Install was quick and there was an issue and they came back out to install a new hood.

These installers were super nice and worked through an issue to make it turn out ok

No one called to inform me how to prep for the installation so when the guys came over, they simply said it can’t be done. They also said didn’t someone call to tell you what was needed? No. Also the chimney portion was bent/ damaged. The box was delivered fully open (have pictures) and so I was stuck with a substandard product that I paid a lot for and the crew I paid to install couldn’t install.

I had to return the product. I sent pictures before of my kitchen. the day of the appointment they arrived at the house and could not install it... it was the 4th race, since twice before they had canceled me but without notifying me beforehand. I had to call because they did not arrive. They are irresponsible and apart from that they charged me 130 dollars when they did not install it and I had to return the product.

The gentleman that installed the range hood were wonderful. They were very professional and polite. They were also quick and efficient.

The range if goid and so was the install, but it doesn't come with cord. So, I had to pay $25 extra for one, luckily, the install had one.

Replacing a thirty year old unit, so some small issues with removal of old unit. That said, installing the new unit went smoothly.

Scheduling delivery was a nightmare! But the customer service I received from my scheduled contractor was excellent.

This Oven and stove top is great! It heats up quick and cooks quick, so time may need to be adjusted.

Nice product qualified people installing it overall great experience. Ordered it in May took till July but worth the wait.
