The hood top was intalled without a hitch. The technician was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.

When my old over the range microwave was removed the wiring had to be fixed before hood fan could be installed. So I had an electrician come out a few days later to fix wiring & install the hood fan.

Loved my new range. installation was done well. Although, had an accident and a chair broke.

This is a poor quality hood vent. Also, the Best Buy installers are very unreliable. The first hood vent we received had a big dent. We asked for an exchange. Two appointments were made for installment and twice, after the allotted wait time, we were called and told service call was being cancelled. They have absolutely no concern for the time I wasted waiting on them. On the third attempt, installers came but hood vent was damaged again with discoloration of the finish and many scratches. I requested a refund and almost one month later, I am still waiting. I was on phone with "customer service" for 2 hours today (being disconnected 2 times) with a total of 4 agents and still do not have a resolution. I am VERY disappointed with this purchase.

The installation went well. The installers Worked quickly, and everything was cleaned by them before they left. They went over the features of the hood, explained everything and answered all my questions. Very impressed.

The guys who came out to install my range hood were professional, courteous, and kind. They made sure everything was working before they left and gave me tips on cleaning the stainless steal, too. Highly recommend.

Kitchen Aid Range Hood installation was easy and quick, once it was delivered. More air flowing, 3 x air flow versus my old range hood.

Very disappointed the right bulb stopped working taught it was d bulb that burn out already after 2 weeks of installing went to purchase new light bulb replaced it work for 2 days n stopped working again. Changed d light bulb again n so far it’s working up to now.

I simply had no idea about the “how’s and what’s” of range hoods. These guys did a great job installing and explaining this how’s and what’s!
