Damaged Hood Filter

He wasn't able to help me with a replacement part since he was not a Best Buy employee. I am going to have to get a replacement filter at the store.

Horrible experience.

When he finally arrived, he spent 45 minutes unboxing product before looking at existing vent area for 5 minutes and stating he could not install before promptly leaving. I recommend ensuring people are capable of the task prior to dispatching them to do the task.
