I get that this is not a super quick install but, the installation is almost as much as the appliance.

The people that installed the range hood (Shah, LLC) not only installed the range hood crookedly (the hood protrudes from the cabinetry longer on one side than the other), but they didn’t even bother removing all of the plastic from the hood and its parts before they installed it.

In July 2021, I had an under-cabinet range hood installation appointment with Geek Squad. The technician arrived at my house and informed me that the service could not be completed due to the wiring issue. He called Customer Service to cancel the appointment and informed me that I would not be charged. However, on October 15th, three months later, I was charged $39.99 for the service. For this problem, I called geek squad at least three times. They informed me that this is a system issue and they need to speak with a supervisor before calling me back. Nothing was ever returned. I'm extremely disappointed about the geek squad's customer service! Extremely unprofessional!

Technicians came on time and did a professional job!

We got several notices via e-mail that the installation of a kitchen exhaust fan was going to happen as scheduled. The last text said the installer would be at our house in less than 10 minutes; and then nothing! No texts, no emails and no calls. We called installation services, who instructed us to call the store. The store never picked up the phone. Several hours after non-delivery and non-installation, we were able to schedule a back-up installation for a week in the future, since we had already paid for everything! It sounds like the installer couldn’t pick up the store merchandise to install it because it was delivered late? I wish I had received an update about the problem with the installation! I sure hope the store doesn’t sell the merchandise while we again prepare for its’ installation!
