    I live in New Orleans La. The installation company is a third party company out of Houston Texas. These folks cracked the front of my kitchen cabinet now Best Buy tells me I have to go thru a third party company for the repair ( I bought the range hood from Best Buy not a third party vendor). I had a problem with the operation of the hood a found out only half of the hood works. Best Buy tells me I have to go thru Whirlpool for the repair. The install personal should have checked the unit out before leaving.

    Purchased Hood for our kitchen remodel. Hood sounds like a monsoon is happening in our kitchen when it’s running on any setting other than 1. The Technician that arrived was great! However, the order was written as an installation not a repair based on the issue at hand, so the issue hasn’t been resolved. Never heard back from Best Buy on follow up options.

    This item was paid for on 4/4/23. It is now 5/22/23 and it still has not been delivered. The phone rep scheduled a delivery date on a day I will not be home... 6/28/23. I told her I had a dentist appointment and she still rescheduled the delivery for that day! I am very unhappy with the service of Best Buy.

    I sent this back to the store after I learned the increased amount it would cost me to have it installed. I am still waiting to have this removed from my credit card!! Not really very happy about the delay in the refund.

    order this in may 2020. They canceled several times then dropped off this product in November and never installed ! now im noticing I was charged for installation . This is the worst service ever and I cant even get anyone on the phone to correct this . Hopefully someone in the store can fix this today . The product is also in horrible shape and looks like it was found in the trash and dropped off at my house . will post pic later as well.

    The installer didn’t know how to install this. He suggested that I should cut my granite backsplash and left. When I called the granite person to com Ed to cut the backsplash he was shocked. He said that if he tries to cut the granite it might brake. He showed me that the hood has a part that can be removed and there was no need to cut anything.

    HORRIBLE P-E-R-I-O-D! Rush installation job only to find out unit was missing items! Installers promised I’d get a call in 10 minutes, which never happened. Still stuck with defective unit over 30 days later. Will finally get rectified mid June when unit is “back in stock”.

    I have tried numerous times to have your company complete the installation since 12/21 and it is still not installed!!! They (XPO) removed the old one and tried to install the new one on 2/10/2022 but there was a missing part and removed the new unit and said they needed to get the missing bracket before they could properly install it. Still waiting!!

    The description says that the range hood installation will be "ducted", but actually you technician only installed the range hood "ductless", never gonna purchase this service anymore. PS: this service costs $127+, don' t waste your money on it, get a drill from homedepot and follow the Manuel you can install the range hood ductless, dont waste your money on the "ducted" range hood installation, IT ' S A TRAP!

    Fan and light switch are very cheaply installed by factory and continually come loose from there mounting positions on fan housing if this is a problem with this fan then i am requesting a replacement fan to be installed

    POOR INSTALLATION. Firstly, Installation guys forgot the toolbox. Secondly, they messed up wiring big time which led the machine to short circuit just few months after use !!!

    The range hood was damaged. They promised to compensate me with by giving me a rericulting kit but it never arrived. I have been back and forth with best buy total tech for 3 months now.

    I had been told that my hood would be installed on 8/4. No one contacted me to say otherwise. When 8/4 came, nobody ever called or showed up. I called Best Buy and was told that my hood wasn't in it. I asked why didn't someone contact me to tell me that you wouldn't be installing it on 8/4. I didn't get an answer to that question. My hood did get installed on 8/17.

    The range hood came in a box that looked like it had been run over by a truck. They installed it even though it had a serious dent in the center of the fan blades and I declined the store reps offer of $25 to keep it anyway. I'm waiting for them to come to reinstall a new one.

    The installers were totally Unqualified for this product. They claimed it could not be installed in our space, which wasn’t true, and claimed our electric wasn’t sufficient that also wasn’t true. Had to pay someone else to come do it so it could be installed before Thanksgiving.

    This could be a decent range but the packaging is terrible and it came dented twice... I just kept the dented one because there was guarantee that the third one wouldn't be damaged. Very frustrating. Do better Samsung.

    This was supposed to be delivered and installed a month ago. The first one we got was dented so we had them send it back. The installers returned three weeks later with a different (inferior) model and that was dented as well, so we had them send that one back, too. Now, we're battling trying to get credited for the original purchase and starting again from scratch.
