    I would like to say that my experience was good, but it was horrible. My product arrived damaged twice. I missed two days of work waiting for installers that never showed up and never called. I was promised a credit that I never got. Absolutely NO customer service, zip, zero, nothing. Horrible experience. Word of advice “run”.

    I HAVE HAD MY HOOD SINCE DECEMBER 6 AND ALREADY HAVING PROBLEMS AND IT IS NOT RETURNABLE AND IT'S NOT EVEN 30 DAYS

    Never installed it! They left it at my house and marked it as project completed!! Had to get third party to install it. Guys who came at our house were very friendly, I must say

    Very poor installation of the cooker hood, there is a gap which needs to be re-installed and I can’t get in touch with anyone to arrange for it. To top of off, I was overcharged to cut a hole and unnecessarily change the venting tube

    I think the flange is stuck open because flies are entering my house through the range hood. I’ve had three visits they keep telling me there’s no problem. There is a problem I open the screen yesterday and let 10 flies in my house very unhappy.

    Will give them credit for showing up, but did not repair my need and the vent still is not working . I told them that is you reboot the unit, it will come on but that was not the answer. I am not a big best buy fan right now and have spent thousands of dollars there. unit was delivered in November.

    Truly rude and disrespectful 3rd party installers. Everyone who is a Best Buy employee has been great and I would give them a top mark. The third party installer vendor I would give a negative 10.

    Called 1 hr after his appt time to let us know he running late. Got here he said he didn’t think he could get it done. Caught his blanket on fire on the brand new range we had just purchased from BB. He was a subcontractor for Geek Squad. They had installed all new appliances the week before with no issues. He definitely came into the job with a poor attitude

    We bought a $900.00 under cabinet range hood that Best Buy’s said it would fit our old range hood as a replacement. No one came out to measure before it was delivered and of course it didn’t fit! We were very disappointed so we returned it and bought a $499 range hood for their competitors.

    after many attempts, Best Buy was unable to install my range hood. I still still need to dispose of the old hood which they were going to do. I had someone else install the new hood. would be nice if they would come and get the old hood.

    Very bad service . People who came for service does not have full knowledge of it. Lot of mess happend during that time and i have to check everything whether they dont it right or not.... missing very basic stufs to do the job...

    Unsatisfied, yesterday3/24/23 was the 3rd time they scheduled for delivery and the 3rd time no show, haven’t received my item yet, and still don’t know if they rescheduled.

    They were horrible they keep switching me to different people who where at same level. One person basically told I pay cheap I get cheap.

    This item was picked up at the store. The installed was cancelled by the installers once and twice by the store. I ended up returning item to store. The 888 service was terrible.

    I would love to give a great review, however, I am still waiting for the hood to be delivered and installed. I called a couple of days ago requesting the date it would be delivered, but have not yet received a return call.
