    Range hood - Not installed properly. i

    I purchased the range hood about 4-5 months ago. Installer came few times & cannot install it. I ended up buying a new one about month ago. Installer came and installed the new one. From day one of the installation, it didn't work properly. Air was blowing inside the house instead of out of the house. This was worst than my old previous microwave exhaust. And paid a premium price for the new range hood. Called for a service again. The same installer came back again and said that he cannot fix it or cannot even uninstall it. He said the BestBuy will call me back but no one even call back. Day later I called and talked to BestBuy customer service and agent said I will escalate and the new installation team will come out and take care of it. Again, no call or nothing. I ended up calling again and customer service said we cannot come out & fix it until another thee(3) weeks. No urgency from BestBuy side & didn't even care. Cannot even transfer to his manager and stated that I am the highest level manager here and cannot improve the installation date. Now I just want BestBuy technician to uninstalled and fix the issue or take it back for the refund. I am tired of the excuses and not taking care of their customer.

    There was a mix up on the order and installation date, the installers were ready to go but no product available, had to wait almost another month for arrival. Finally the unit available installers all set arrived to my house and out of the box it’s been dented ( possibly shipping) they went ahead and installed it waiting on replacement

    Horrible installation of a range hood

    The service was provided by Home Pro Buffalo. They did an awful job with the installation. 1) poor installation of range hood: they put on a round connection collar to be connected with my rectangular duct; I pointed out, but not sure if they corrected it or not. The finished installation blows into my cabinet, rather than the duct work. This is horrible -- making it pointless of installing a ducted range hood. 2) They plenty of wood grains and dust on the floor, the range and in the cabinet without proper cleaning.

    very unprofessional and rude. Dropped all the oils as hauling away old unit. Refused to install bc they did not want to make a hole in the cabinet. The installation should include making a hole.
