Under Cabinet Range Hood Installation was great! Two guys that came out did an excellent job installing it. The were kind and answered my questions. One of the guys named Marshall gave me a tip on how to keep the stainless steel clean also.

It's been a great experience every time I've ordered an in-home service from Best Buy since moving to Natomas, and this time was no different. The installation team was very friendly, with a very positive energy. They were also very careful and efficient. The whole process was pleasant and stress-free for me, and I really appreciate the work that these guys do.

The product review for this GE Profile Range Hood indicated the installation was very difficult. The installers sent by Best Buy were very good and completed the installation in 2 1/2 hours. They told me it was one of the most difficult units they ever installed but were able to complete the installation quicker than the estimate.

Love my new range hood, its sleek, very nice for the price and looks great in our new kitchen!

I purchased this range hood to ensure excellent circulation of any fumes that may exist when I am cooking. It has a number of speeds that allow you to choose the amount of circulation you may need. Again a user manual would have been very helpful.... a lot of money spent, they could at least provide a how to do this or that publication. Also since it is a Samsung, it perfectly matches the stove.

I replaced old range hood. The old one worked fine, pero, this one is an improvement.

Although the installer was unable to install the range hood due my unique electrical situation, the installer was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and offered good suggestions. He was however, able to install my gas range with no problem and was very professional.

Range hood looks great,but the fan really doesn’t do much. It’s very quiet.

I purchased a rangehood (plus installation) 6 months ago. After some delay, bestbuy came to deliver it and install it, but only to find out it was defective. So, that team left saying bestbuy would contact me to process a replacement order. I waited for several weeks before I called them to check. They said the system showed it as a completed order instead. After I explained to them what had happened, they created an order to deliver a new rangehood. When that was delivered a couple months later, they found out that they didn’t create an install order. A couple months later (after I spoke to several MyBestBuyTotal agents), they finally submitted an order for installation and another order for pickup (defective range hood). Today is the appointment day for both. But before the installation team came, the pickup team came and left without picking it up because they are not allowed to uninstall it. Later, the installation team came. But when they opened the replacement rangehood, they found that to be damaged also. They took it back with them. I was told Bestbuy would contact me with a replacement order and schedule delivery and install. It hasn’t happened. This either shows a clear gap in information shared between systems or just a worst customer service team without any integrity . Bottomline.. This is such a horrible experience for any customer. Being a long time bestbuy customer, I am in a shock to see the degradation in service.

Quick delivery and install. After using for a few weeks now I can say it works great!

The product itself is nice. The on-off buttons are hard to find. The 50 w bulbs make the underside quite hot, I've almost burned myself a few times. The installers from Best Buy were quite rude and did not seem familiar with the item they were installing. Im pretty sure they did not insulate the unit properly. They were so unaccomodating that I didnt dare question them about it. I will never again use Best Buy for anything more than in store service.

Six speed fan is powerful but with a smooth sounding motor so it’s not noisy. Three light levels. Easy to clean. All that and looks good too!

Looks very modern and I like the WiFi feature. My daughter liked the piece of mind that she could check remotely to make sure oven or hood were not left on. Read in consumer reports that this was one of the top models.
