The fellows that installed the microwave did a very good job while allowing me to watch and ask questions without complaining. When the installation was completed, they cleaned up their mess

Prompt < 1/2 hour Professional ..but thought $59.99 installation charge for a $45 part that took this short amount of time was excessive.....and , believe it or not ...range hood did not come with a 45w-60w lightbulb

I purchased this range hood to ensure excellent circulation of any fumes that may exist when I am cooking. It has a number of speeds that allow you to choose the amount of circulation you may need. Again a user manual would have been very helpful.... a lot of money spent, they could at least provide a how to do this or that publication. Also since it is a Samsung, it perfectly matches the stove.

Installed and it working beautifully. So glad my husband wanted a hood. Best purchase. Yes microwave is on counter now but I can deal with that. Highly recommend.

Looks very modern and I like the WiFi feature. My daughter liked the piece of mind that she could check remotely to make sure oven or hood were not left on. Read in consumer reports that this was one of the top models.

Javier, the installer, was right on time. He got right to work and appeared to be knowledgeable and conducted himself in a professional manner. After insulation was complete, he reviewed all the hood functions with me and provided me with the instruction manual. Offered to take all the packing material with him, which he did.

It's been a great experience every time I've ordered an in-home service from Best Buy since moving to Natomas, and this time was no different. The installation team was very friendly, with a very positive energy. They were also very careful and efficient. The whole process was pleasant and stress-free for me, and I really appreciate the work that these guys do.

The product itself is nice. The on-off buttons are hard to find. The 50 w bulbs make the underside quite hot, I've almost burned myself a few times. The installers from Best Buy were quite rude and did not seem familiar with the item they were installing. Im pretty sure they did not insulate the unit properly. They were so unaccomodating that I didnt dare question them about it. I will never again use Best Buy for anything more than in store service.

I replaced old range hood. The old one worked fine, pero, this one is an improvement.

Six speed fan is powerful but with a smooth sounding motor so it’s not noisy. Three light levels. Easy to clean. All that and looks good too!

We kind of like the Range-hood. Works good but very loud. With that kind of price it’s odd that is so loud. I recommend it if you don’t mind the noise while cooking.

We were told that the installer would cut the cabinet when installing. I checked with Best Buy twice about this. Yet, when the installer came, he said it's not part of it and they would have to charge extra. I told him that I was not willing to pay when my contractor would have done had BestBuy told me he needed to. BestBuy installer made a call and came back to say, he got it approved....Still not sure what that was all about. The cut was ok, wish the would at least sand it down so you don't have to worry about splinters...but, at least we got it done! Also, they left all the boxes - which was a pain for us to get rid of.

Quick delivery and install. After using for a few weeks now I can say it works great!

Didn't fit well in the existing space and had to be taped to make sure airflow worked well. Not sure if I am loosing energy due to this. Wish there were better standards so one can remove existing hoods and install new ones seamlessly.

Love my new range hood by Samsung. Looks great with my stainless steel appliances. Service was great and speedy. Thanks.
