Delivery and installation job was well done. The range hood look great.

This is so much better than the Contractor version my new house had. It's like a commercial hood. We love it.

The fans work extremely well and tlhe steam and smell from the cooking get sucked up real quick. Installation was quick and fast.

I was notified multiple times which kept me up to date on when they would arrive, they came fast, was friendly, did great job installing my range hood. no problems. no complaints, would use Best Buy service again.

Installation was great, fast and easy. The range look is nice but I immediately wished there was a third fan settling. I chose this due to the quiet and lowest setting you barely know it’s on based on sound and poor performance. The other high setting is noisy like a plane and super fast but works great, wish there was an in between setting. After 1 year it began making LOUD noise at fasted settling, and now on both settings. I now hate that I spent too much money. NOT WORTH IT

techs were very efficient and knowledgeable. they were on time and answered the many questions i threw at them!!!

My installers had a hard time putting this in. The prefab cuts weren’t lined up with my house vent and this made it difficult for installation. Definitely a 2 person job. One needs to hold near the spot so the other can attach the wires.

Has only been in for a week. Lights are very bright and help light up the adjacent counter spaces. All fans work properly.

Works great, look nice and easy install. The installers showed upnon time, didna quick install, and cleaned up when done.

It a good hood range my wife loves it,plus the stove.

For the most it was ok but it sounded like things were dropped during the installation. Overall I have lost confidence in some of the third party group. Some talk down to me. I find that some of them seem not to be equipped to do the job they are given. Not all of them have any of these issues. I actually get nervous when one of these installations is due. Note I had to find, order, and install the light bulbs for the hood. They said it was not their fault because I ordered hood from Amazon because you did not have it in stock.

Great device. A little messy, which is why i like the portable one so I can use it in the shower. Great results so far, dentist approved!

Excellent install of a new range hood. An immediate upgrade to our kitchen!

Communication between third-party installer, Best Buy and me could have been much better. And when rescheduling was necessary, there was never a narrower timeframe provided other than "7am-7pm." The range hood itself and the physical installation process were fine, but cleanup could have been better.

The product was installed in a timely manner and works well.

The two men were very courteous and called to say they were running a bit late due to bad weather. The vent was installed properly. My complaint is that a huge mess was left. Didn’t hover over them while they were installing but should have to direct them to better cover my stove top and counter areas. Needed to spend 30 minutes or more cleaning my gas range top, floor and cabinet due to all the debris left behind. I’ve used geek installation before and have not had this problem. Paid to have my old appliance taken away but they should have paid me for the time spent to clean up after they left. Would recommend but would make sure they did a better job of cleaning before leaving.

Top notch installation and service. Arrived on time, quickly installed & confirmed all working. Professional and friendly. No surprises...which is nice.
