One of the worst, if not the worst movie I ever saw

Not only did this movie not make sense but it was poorly acted.

This movie had to be one of the worst movies I have ever seen.

If I could give this movie negative stars I would.

Can't figure out what the heck this movie is about. Very weird.

This was not a good movie. Starts off very slow and boring

Under the Skin was a fantastic movie with striking visuals and a pretty slick soundtrack. I wouldn't recommend it to everyone though as the subject matter and pacing might turn folks off. If you enjoy movies like 2001, Beyond the Black Rainbow, or other movies of that nature, you should enjoy this. The Blu-ray has a good amount of extras on the making of the movie and boosts pretty good PQ and great AQ.

This is a thinking persons film, featuring some mind-blowing cinematography and stellar acting. Theres a reason for everything in this film. Its pace is deliberate, its plot is understated, and the music is just phenomenal and unsettling. It is a quite film, but if you have a proper sound system in place, this is not a problem. Its not a film for everyone, but if you actually love Science Fiction, this is a revelation. It doesn't hold your hand and your left wondering throughout the entire film what exactly its all about. The end answers questions nicely and is left open for interpretation. Its extremely disturbing and quite sensual. My wife absolutely loved this film and we had a half hour discussion on the meaning behind the film. The special features answer any remaining questions you have. Such as the reasoning behind the pace, the acting style, the way the story is presented and so on. Very interesting stuff here.

No crazy gun fights, explosions, or massive alien invasions. This sic-fi film is a subtle and poignant film focusing on the developing emotions and inner thoughts of an alien on earth who kills humans as a food source. It is all about mood and atmosphere. Not for everyone, and hard to describe to someone who hasn't seen it.

Under the Skin has a creepy vibe that gave me chills multiple times throughout. Recommended for fans of David Lynch.

If you're a fan of films that challenge you to engage on a deeper than surface level, like Kubrick or Denis Villeneuve, this is the right movie for you. It is visually stunning, dark and very creative. It also happens to look great on blu ray. Not everyone will love this film, but if you're a student of the art-form, I can't recommend it enough.

This movie has a unique tale that is not from your average scary or alien movie.

This is a tough film to rate. I liked the idea behind the story and found some parts to be very effective However, on an overall basis, I would have to rate the film as a near miss, mostly due to its extremely slow pace through most of its length. Also, I was dissatisfied with the lack of explanation as to the reason(s) for the aliens' behavior (why they were on Earth).

It was a great visual experience however it was lacking as a film in the story department.

This movie is very mind-boggling and will send you on the trip of your life. If you are a fan of 2001: A Space Odyssey I would check this out.
