As a big fan of the Underworld franchise, this movie could have sucked worst than anything ever made and I would still love it. It's not the strongest movie in the franchise and it does little to further Selene's story (it does change some things) but it just gives you more questions. Either way, I enjoy it and watched it probably every night for about 2 weeks straight.

My family enjoyed this movie. They love this series. Blood Wars is the 5th movie of the series. To appreciate this movie you really need to see the first four. I like Kate Beckinsale so I looked forward to seeing the movie. Everyone here is hoping for another movie but I am hoping it ends here.

Movie: While the previous film took away from the romanticism of vampires & lycans, this one brought it back by adding more supernatural elements. That with suspenseful action sequences makes this the best one since the first film. Steelbook: This franchise proves that steelbooks don't need interior artwork all the time. A vibrant solid color is used for each film.

It seems to me this is a hit or miss, because I really like the series, and this movie was awesome! But if you are not a fan and have not watched the other movies first, you will probably not savor the scale of this movie... Go watch the first ones first, then come back and watch this one ;)

The movie is worth watching if your a fan of the series. I enjoyed it more than the previous one, although it was slightly predictable. If you haven't seen the other movies in the series, I would recommend watching them first. My Kids (12, 14, 16) loved it. Bottom Line - good B+ movie

Overall the story line is getting a bit long in the tooth (pardon the pun) but is still engaging. The movie is quite dark and although the HDR was decent the overall darkness doesn't display it as well as other movies. The audio however is quite good and worth the price of admission.

Underworld Evolution was my personal favorite, but this one is good. I do think that the movie should have been longer. Too much was left unexplained. I'm not sure if the end is a cliffhanger or just another skipped explanation. Worth the money, especially for a fan of the series.

They have made a lot of the other underworld movies available during this pandemic. I saw this underworld in the movie theaters but was looking for this movie to complete my at-home dvd collection. Definitely offered me exceptional viewing of this under-rated series and quarantine relief.

I could have done without this movie i was hoping for a different way they told the story i loved the fighting but wanted to see more of the father and the daughter all in all ok movie for me. I would only recommend the movie if you are or have bought the movies prior...

It was a lot of action and excitement. This movie went a whole different direction than I expected but was a good action movie to watch. The whole movie is extremely dark taking place in night settings but sometimes felt to dark for my eyes to adjust would be my only complaint.

Including the prequel: Rise of the Lycans, this is the fifth movie in the Vampire vs. Werewolf war in the world. The not too distant future where the supernatural still fights secretly to survive in the world. A new twist and set of cliffhangers for any fans of this series.

This one holds up to the greatness of the previous movies in this saga. Loved it. Very entertaining. I do now wish I would've gone back and watched the others again before I saw this one, simply because there were parts I forgot about and spent time throughout this one trying to remember tie-ins. Still an action-packed addition to the series.

Admittedly, I didn't think I would enjoy the movie as much as I did. It was on sale and I got it for $3.50. I figured if it wasn't good, I wouldn't be out much money, but I actually enjoyed it. It's not the best of the series, but still a good movie in my opinion.

I enjoy this series and spoiler alert- so stop now! Ok so, it would have been nice that Michael was brought back to the series but alas that wasn't meant to be; even though Eve wasn't in this movie, it looks as though she may return in a subsequent movie.

I bought the DVD without seeing the movie in the theaters. I have all the DVDs of the previous movies & just wanted to complete the series. I didn't have high hopes, after remembering the 3rd in the series. I was pleased with the concept & it left me wanting more.

Rumor has it that this is the last Underworld that will have gorgeous beauty Kate Beckinsale as the lead actress. That will now fall on Theo James and upcoming new characters. Great show, I mean its KATE BECKINSALE in leather, even with frosted hair highlights....

A must see but first, you must watch, All the Underworlds sequel to catch up on why this one has topped the chart. I just love the characters roles and the plot of the entire movie. This will probably force an production of a another follow up. I'll be waiting.

I enjoyed the special effects and action sequences in this movie. I was pleasantly surprised by this movie even knowing it would not be as good as the first. You should know that I love movies and can usually find something I enjoy in most movies I watch...

I really enjoy this series, I think this is a must-see for anyone who's been a fan of the previous movies. If you're new to the series I recommend you watch the first Underworld movie and a lot of things in the following movies are based on what came before.
