So the studios redid the processing on the original film, for the 25th anniversary of this movie. It's still a great story, so well casted with Clint Eastwood, and it looks crisp and clean in this new 4K UHD version !

Not too many westerns around since "Unforgiven" came out and with good reason.....it just does not get any better than this. Clint Eastwood and Morgan Freeman are at he top of their game as is Gene Hackman. Best western ever IMO

This is a western movie with some of the main characters being A-List actors. These actors did an excellent job. They weren’t in their hay days of their acting careers and they convinced me that they were cowboys.

This was part of that decade where whatever Morgan Freeman was in was Oscar worthy. Gene Hackman did so well that he won Best Supporting Actor that year. It's probably the best western to come out the last 30 years.

Slow, simple story... a classic western and one of my favorites. The media upgrade does the best it can with an older film, looks like there are more visual details in darker scenes and colors are a bit crisper.

Unlike some of the other remastered classics released in 4K, Unforgiven looks fantastic in UHD with HDR. A little pricey but completely worth it. Plus it will go great in anyone's 4K physical disc collection.

Clint Eastwood's Incredible Movie really is a substantial upgrade on 4k, great blacks and overall just the better presentation. I am glad I purchased it.

4K quality is excellent on this disc. It felt like watching the movie for the first time. Beautiful looking disc. Highly recommended.

Great movie, great acting, besides, its hard to go wrong with a ticked off Clint Eastwood.

I remember seeing this in the theatre when it came out. I didn't like it as much (I was in HS). As the years have passed and I have seen it multiple times, I have truly come to appreciate it.

Movie wasn't that great. Nice picture and sound, just didn't like the story line

At last justice was done to this excellent film. A first rate transfer and, finally, an uncompressed audio. I would have liked an Atmos track; but at least it's DTS-HD Master.

This movie has the feel of the old west! It could have been a real event in the annals of the old west! The characters feel authentic and very human! I particularly liked the Richard Harris character!

Clint's best performance in my opinion Whether he is sober or drunk he is great. And his one liners are great also in the film. Seeing this in $K with all the landscapes looks awesome..

An incredible talent on and off the screen. Never better as a director or actor. The 4k remaster brings out some noticeable improvements, although I'll admit that other 4k remasters from that time period (The Professional) or even earlier (Die Hard) show a greater increase in resolution. But neither is as good a film.

I was able to pick up this movie on sale and add to my collection of 4K Blu-Ray movies very good picture for transfer from 1992 Clint Eastwood fans must have this in the collection.

This movie is one of Clint Eastwood’s finest. The 4K resolution does it justice.

Good storyline, good cast. Gene Hackman runs a strict operation as sheriff. All weapons must be turned in when entering his town. The rest you have to see for yourself???

I own a lot of unforgiven movies but had to buy it in 4k and I tell you ...it won't disappoint the quality is amazing and everybody knows the movie is already awesome so just buy it....
