I had a 75” television removed the wall. The two services people did an excellent job.

The Geek Squad agents took the 52” flat screen off the brackets, removed the brackets and removed and separated all of the attached equipment. They left the cables and connectors attached to the hardware for easy reconnection at the new location. Excellent, cheerful agents.

These guys know their stuff and they are amazing and really fast always polite. Please get them for your sanity. I thank God everyday that I had them realize. I would have to pay a lot of money when i'm moved

The agent helped me decide the right places for my TVs & hung them neatly. My only problem is that the bedroom Roku isn’t plugged into the wall, but the back of the tv where it only lets me watch 1 hour before it says the tv won’t support the system (it’s the same system I had before the move) or it tells me it’s overheating. I’ve sent messages to his supervisor to get this item fixed but no one has reached back out to me.

Luther led the installation of a 75 inch TV. During the process, he assisted with some internet connectivity issues we have been experiencing, which let to not only a resolution of that, but an overall improvement to our internet speed. Props to him for going above and beyond!

The GeekSquad techs are exceptional! This time I hired them to remove all my electronics and TV because I was having a new carpet installed. Afterward, they came back and put the TV and all electronics back. They are very easygoing and a pleasure to work with!
