The guys did a phenomenal job of installing my new 65” TV! They not only installed it but reviewed all the settings with me. Very courteous as well. Would definitely recommend the Geek Squad!

The “Squad” came to my house and uninstalled my tv’s in squad fashion. They worked as a unit while one drilled another grabbed drill bits out the bag as two others managed safely brining my 85” tv down off the wall.

The agents mounted my TV, hooked up the sound bar and subwoofer and loaded all my streaming services. They explained the use of the remote to me.

The Crew dismounted my Older Samsung TV and Mounted the Sony TV. The added assistance in set up was the Superior service Award. They made sure the supporting cast (4K player, cable box, apple tv box and Bose Soundbar) were working well with the remote before leaving. Thanks Synergy Squad !!!!!!

The crew arrived within the expected window and phoned ahead to give an exact arrival time. They were very courteous and quickly had our 77" TV mounted up on the wall. Very professional. Glad I didn't try to do this myself.

No the agents did not mount my TV. He left it in the living room and had no one to heyhim. My brother and I mounted it on Saturday morning.

Seamless. Guys are knowledgeable, nice, and informative. My only complaint is that when installing a new tv, I wish they were given gloves to keep their fingerprints off the screen, but I would recommend them.

The agents mounted my TV on the wall. I'm older with bifocals, so they worked with the exact location. First they attached the sound bar to the TV and blue toothed it to my iPhone for Sirius XM music. It is awesome!!
