Great tv install! Guys were knowledgeable, considerate, clean & proficient. Would’ve given a 100% except two weeks after install we “lost tv” totally. When they returned to “repair” turned out it was just loose connection at power block (just plugged in tight enough lol) but took a week to find out!

The agents mounted my TV, hooked up the sound bar and subwoofer and loaded all my streaming services. They explained the use of the remote to me.

I had Geek Squad to remove a previously bought 49" LG TV and replace it with a 55" Samsung TV. they were on time for the appointment, very professional and cleaned up after the installation, even used cover-up for their shoes prior to entering my house. They installed the TV just the way I wanted it.

Very professional. Quickly unloaded the new TV and unpacked it. Removed my existing TV and using the existing mount but the new LG TV on the wall. Took a few more minutes and set the tv up for use. Geek Squad service is invaluable!

The 55" size is a perfect fit for my somewhat small living room. Though the picture has to deal with the mediocre 720p cable transmission, there are enough programs that supply a better resolution. The 4K HD and its enhancements are spectacular and make the coming Netflix update worthwhile.

Best Buy communicated several times prior to the appointment. They reconfirmed this was actually an install rather than a disconnect. They showed up on time and very quickly had the mount on the wall and the TV on the mount. Everything is working as expected. Good job guys.

The two young men did an excellent job of mounting my TV and hooking everything up. They were exceptional.

My service from Greek Squad was great! They showed up in the appointment window and worked quickly. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They also maintained social distancing and wrote PPE for the entirety of their stay. Excellent service overall.

I have nothing to dislike. The installers were very professional. After installation one stayed behind to make sure we understood how to use all the equipment. Geek squad is great.

No the agents did not mount my TV. He left it in the living room and had no one to heyhim. My brother and I mounted it on Saturday morning.

Two Geek Squad agents came to pick up a 32 inch TV and replace it with a 40 inch TV. They were knowledgeable and efficient. Love my Total Tech plan!

Geek squad successfully removed my 48" TV and mount. The mount was reused in our new home.
