The representatives we very professional and fast on the install 2 men showed up and plugged in the components hung the set one left and the other demonstrated the tv with me until I was comfortable cleaned up and left. Great job great product

It was worth having this done. The workers were really good and had other options in the truck since the mount I ordered was not a fit on my fireplace. This was a 75 in TV set up. All went smoothly. Well done.

I just had to take a few minutes to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Geek Squad. Two of your service reps bent over backwards to accommodate me. Their names are Pete (the tech.) and a young lady named Jordan.

Quick efficient installation the old TV I had to change the mount bolts due to bolts with TV were too short. My internet was down, and they were able to get it uo and running

the squad removed our tv and instilled the new one quickly and with precision.

I have always had good luck with them. This time they took it up a notch. Had an existing mount already on the wall from a pre-existing unit. The new units mounting holes did not match up...no problem. They took the mount off the wall, drilled new holes...installation complete!

Tv wall mount works well and holds my weight too at 165 lbs

The first TV we purchased was too small for wall. The Geek Squad did an excellent job uninstalling our TV mount and replacing it with a stronger TV mount to hold larger TV.
