    Installer arrived within the scheduled timeframe. TV was mounted perfectly; however, after the installer left we noticed a pixel had burst. Most likely from applying to much pressure in that spot. The installer kept taking phone calls during the installation. Not sure if that was a contributing factor but it certainly was a little annoying to me. Best Buy was very good about replacing the TV in a quickly and timely manner and I'm happy with how it looks mounted on the wall.

    The guys who came in did a fantastic job. Went right to work and were in and out in no time. Definitely will keep them in mind for future jobs.
