    We had a TV mounted on the wall above the fireplace. The team came and used a knife to cut the hole but said there was a brick chute in there. So we had to hire an electrician to install the outlet behind the TV and he found that there was no brick, maybe it was wood that they had run into. Best Buy didn’t want to refund the extra money charged for the above fireplace mounting. They didn’t seem to follow the instructions to install the media panel that holds the Apple TV.
