Even on a "quiet" or "unused" station, as per the instructions, the sound includes low static. As per the instructions, I tried other stations, and none are any better. It just does not work well - a real disappointment.

You just plug it into your cigarette plug and then the AUX cord to your phone or other AUX port device. You can choose which radio station to use but all of them are noisy to some degree and if you're travelling you have to keep changing the channel. I'm returning it and looking for a different option.
