This device dont have a good signal. Many interference and noise

It wasn't exactly what I was looking for. It doesn't read from USB

It only allows for 3-4 channel changes. Didn't help when traveling.

Not only did this product only work the first time I used it and then quit, but when I tried to exchange it, they wouldn't let me because I am not able to come to an actual Best Buy store. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy now.

I would not wish this contraption on my worst enemy ...total waste of time and money. not even worth $5.00

Like most reviews I had a hard time finding a good station to use...one that wasn’t full of static. But I found some that worked and right around that time the transmitter decides to crap out and will SOMETIMES connect to my phone but usually requires a lot of adjustments and god help me if I make a turn in the car because there goes my music so there’s that. I was disappointed in the product cause I could order something from China that lasts just as long. I was just expecting something that lasted longer than two weeks

I got this as a present last year from my parents who knew I needed one. Best Buy has a 2 week max return policy and unfortunately I didn't try it out within that time frame so I couldn't take it back. For one thing the tuning was annoying to figure out. As for playing music I tried it in 4 different cars and it had the same problem for all of them. Trying to find proper signal and a clear sound was impossible. I constantly have to change the wire position or hold my phone awkwardly to get sound to come through. The radio stations would always play over my music and/or you can hear that annoying fuzzy background sound I forgot the term but it sounds like someone is constantly crumpling paper. I'm giving it 2 stars only because it did its second job of charging and also the wire is thick unlike my last charger that ripped after a few months of use (but I would prefer buying that over and over because it had perfect sound). It seems like not everyone has this problem but definitely try yours asap so you don't lose $40.

The range was too short on this transmitter to reach my rear window antenna. Constant static, awful sound quality. ISimple transmitter worked better for range but died in a week. Even staff acknowledged this one had quality issues while buying but it was all they had in store.

Bough this for my boyfriend (he has an older truck with no AUX capabilities) and he LOVES it. He rarely has any issues finding a station and loves using this for long trips when he wants to listen to music.

No matter what channel I set this to the sound is filled with static / interference. 2 weeks later i got 5.00 transmitter from 5 and below that works & sounds 100x better. Not to mention this one has stopped working all together already..... about 3 months old and dead. wate of 50 bucks when a 5 dollar one works better

Bought this for a cross country trip. Worked great. You do, of course, have to occasionally switch channels but that is easy given the setup. The one change in design I would make is to have the plugin usb be removable because if you only have one outlet you can't charge both phone and use this at the same time.

I needed a FM transmitter for my 2006 Pontiac so that I could listen to the songs on my smartphone and this one did the trick. It was easy to use out of the box, the sound is great and it was only one cord - I didn't give it 5 stars because when I'm using it I cannot charge my phone which is a "con" for me.

I bought this 8/23/16 in store. I used this about 2-3 times in the first 10 days of purchasing it. It worked fine enough. Not great by any means but fine enough that I decided to use it on my trip this past weekend 9/10-9/11. It was working fine one day but when I went to plug it in the next, the screen didn't even light up. I tried different outlets in my car as well as outlets in others. When I went to try to return it today (9/14/16) the store said I could only get store credit or an exchange. HIGHLY dissapointing because it stopped working right after the 15 day return policy. All they told me is "there's nothing we can do." I have no use for store credit and definitely did not want to get another FM transmitter. I just wanted the money back that I paid for their faulty product. Overall poor experience with the product and the customer service.

I bought this because I have had a different type if transmitter for a few years, but the chord wasn't connecting well with my phone. I normally enjoy products made by this company, so I didn't look at any reviews before purchasing. I never use it. There is static no matter what. It's impossible to get a clear connection.

A good buy! Transmits as intended to and I would recommend this product because it serves is purpose.

This product works great! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a transmitter.
