It’s pretty but did not like the way it felt when I held my phone.

Only downfall to the stability ring is that it’s not an option with a wireless charger

Only have had it for 21 days and the screw came out

Within two weeks, it was loose and couldn’t stand straight.

Broke within a week. Screw kept sliding out. Had my husband use pliers to push it back in every 2-3 days for a week, till I finally threw it away

Does not stay on. It's super cute I love it but it doesn't stick and with the price I expect it to work and it doesn't. I've gotten better products on Amazon for half the price.

This is a very pretty item. I used it about a week before it fell apart and I had to super glue it back together. Now it’s not functional, but it was my best solution so I didn’t ruin my case’s appearance.

The product looks great and adheres fantastically, but the ring broke within three weeks of regular use by. Product was taken care of as it is adult owned.

Love the look of it but it broke within days of having it. Can't hold my phone up when I'm watching videos and it flops around instead of staying in place. Not worth the extra money. I'll buy one from 5below next time.

I loved this ring stand at first. It looks really nice but the hinge is now extremely loose. It won’t stay when I push it against the phone. I didn’t realize this only has a 14 day policy so now I’m stuck

It looks nice and I love the Kate spade brand. This wasn’t as good to me as a pop socket. After a week it broke and I did get a replacement from Best Buy but never put it on my phone again. I went back to pop sockets which are cheaper and work better for me.

I love the rings to hold my phone but this is the first one that I have had not stay tight! And spending a lot more money on the designer name I thought it would be just like all others I have had. I was wrong. I will be ordering a cheap one from amazon.

Loved the look of this stability ring, but it literally didn’t last a week- it lost its “tightness” so that the ring can actually be used to prop the phone up. Now it just falls over. Wouldn’t buy again

Yes, the pin comes out. It was less than $12 and the reviews were there so I knew what I was getting into. I'm probably outside my return window so my only chance in getting any use out of it is trying to push it back in. Already tried once but will try again. If you buy this, do the glue thing another commenter posted about. Maybe you'll have better luck. It's cute so I'd like to fix it.

Fell apart in a day. Don’t waste your time. I could slap Kate Spade on a dogs behind and call it a luxury donut, but it’ll still always be a dog’s behind.

Despite my best efforts and attaching it on a clear vinyl case as recommended, it popped off the first time I dropped my phone.
